Brain Health Connections

Neuroplasticity:

the fact that our brain changes and remodels at any stage in life when we learn and practice new things means our brain can constantly change, evolve and grow. You are never too old or too young to learn something new. (How cool is that?!) Close connections with family or friends and being involved in purposeful activities can help thinking patterns and reduce the risk of cognitive decline as we age. Humans are social creatures- staying connected to friends, colleagues, peers or family at any age improves our quality of life, improves mental health and reduces risk of developing mental health conditions and can help us even live longer.
